Prime Seller Leads (PSL) is one of the many real estate lead generation companies that can help real estate agents connect with more clients. Their core product is a landing page designed to capture lead information from homeowners looking to sell. The company also offers IDX websites that can help collect lead information from clients looking to buy a home. Any leads captured through the landing page or website are added to the Prime Seller Leads CRM system.

Seller Leads

The PSL landing page for seller leads is relatively simple. All it does is ask users to enter their home address to see how much their home is worth but doesn’t actually provide the home’s worth. Instead, users must provide their contact details to get their free home evaluation report. When the user provides their contact details, they still aren’t provided with the home’s valuation on the website. Basically, just deceptive marketing to get users to submit their contact information.

The home valuation is emailed to the lead later, but when we tested the system out ourselves the home value report did not have a value for our home. This could frustrate potential leads, but it certainly can work to get a lead’s phone number.

Considering that the landing page to capture seller leads doesn’t do any complex programming tasks, a real estate agent could pay a local web designer a small fee to build something similar. However, PSL is only charging $199 per month, and this includes their CRM and Facebook and Google ad management, so it’s not a bad value at all. Just remember that PSL ultimately owns the website, and when you stop paying the monthly fee you stop owning the website. If you built your own website, you’d have to pay a monthly hosting fee of at least $4-5 per month.

CRM

The PSL CRM is quite impressive. It is capable of email drip campaigns, voicemail drip campaigns and more. Lots of real estate lead generation companies offer websites and CRMs, but not many have voicemail drip campaigns. This is one thing that sets Prime Seller Leads apart. Like most CRMs, leads can be assigned out to different agents. Real estate agents can set reminders, tasks and to-do items within the CRM as well.

The real estate agent is responsible for sending traffic to the Prime Seller Leads landing page. Prime Seller Leads offers Facebook and Google Ads management as part of the $199 per month Pro package. This is a very good deal.

Buyer Leads

Prime Seller Leads also offers IDX websites to collect buyer leads under their Prime IDX brand. Their IDX websites have many of the same features of more expensive IDX websites, but at a much cheaper price of only $229 per month. For $229 per month you also get access to the CRM and CMS, so this is a great value.

These IDX websites integrate with your local MLS IDX feed to display homes for sale in your area. Users can save their favorite properties, save their searches and more. Each website is mobile-friendly, and SEO optimized, which should be features of any IDX website you choose to buy.

Prime Seller Leads Reviews

Prime Seller leads has a mix of positive and negative reviews. One negative review that appears on several websites seems to be from the same person complaining about the PSL appointment setting service. PSL does not advertise this appointment setting service prominently on its website, so it must be a custom service or a service that is no longer offered. According to a response from PSL, the writer of this negative review has a few screws loose in their brain.

Most other Prime Seller Leads reviews are quite positive. Agents love all the features they get for such a low price point. They also like how there is no contract, so they can try it for a month and if it doesn’t work they can simply cancel. Overall, Prime Seller Leads seems to be popular amongst agents who need to get up and running quickly without spending a lot of money
